Terms & Conditions

Scope. Each project is defined in a written quote. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Payments. Projects are billed in milestones, typically 40% advance, 40% on design or review approval and 20% on launch. GST is extra where applicable. Monthly services are billed in advance.

Third-party costs. Domains, hosting, plugins, stock media, ad spend and AI model usage are paid by the client unless stated in the quote.

Ownership. On full payment, the client owns the final website design and custom code. Third-party themes, plugins and tools stay under their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless asked not to.

Client responsibilities. The client provides content, access and timely feedback. Delays in feedback can move the delivery date.

Revisions and support. The quote states the number of revision rounds. After launch we offer a short bug-fix period; ongoing support needs a maintenance plan.

Results. SEO, ads and AI tools can improve outcomes but rankings, leads and sales cannot be guaranteed.

Confidentiality and data. We keep client information confidential and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
